The "before" picture on the left is me right after my freshman year in college.  The after picture is what I look like now.  I have spent hundreds of dollars on workout programs that make promises they can't keep.  This website is designed for anyone who is looking to pack on natural muscle and improve their all-around strength performance.  I won't make you promises like most of these "miracle drug pills" nowadays that promise results in a capsule.  But I will tell you that through discipline and hard work you CAN get the results you want to achieve.

This website is not designed for the weak who rely on drugs for results instead of rolling up your sleeves and getting to work!  I believe I have created what could go down as one of the most effective strength training programs on the net.  To sum up what this program is about i'll put it into basic stats for you.  If you had the choice to slightly increase your vertical jump and quickness, but stay at the same weight your at now, would you be satisfied?  Now i'll ask if you could drastically increase your vertical jump, quickness and power while packing on muscle and giving yourself confidence like you've never had before which one would you pick?  If your like any guy out there with half a brain then you would most likely choose option number two.  Who doesn't want to increase there power and strength without slowing down or cutting yourself short on your vertical leaps.  Three years ago when I was 19 years old I weighed in at a WHOPPING 168 pounds while standing 6'1" tall!  If you have seen my dunk videos then you could say that I could jump with the best of them.  So by me telling you my weight now of 210 pounds at 22 years old you might think I have slowed down and lost some inches on my vertical. . .incorrect. I actually have maintained around a 40 inch vertical through this whole strength and muscle building process.  With proper diet and a strong workout program you can get the job done WITHOUT DRUGS.  My program will be posted soon so stay tuned!
